I think he deserves to know that his moves are not working. It may hurt his feelings but seriously he probably doesn't want to do this for the rest of his life right? He will be striking out thinking he's doing everything right when he's not. Tell him in a nice way that he has to step up his game to get women and tell him not to practice on you anymore.
