Long story short, I have a tenant that refuses to leave our rental house where she has not paid rent for 5 months. We gave her a 30 day notice and she still won't go. I called the courthouse and they said I have to get a complaint filled and they will give her a summons and we will go to court and if we win she will get forcefully removed. My problem is that they don't have forms to file a complaint, instead she said most people hire an attorney to write one. I do not have the money for that! Can I do it myself? I cannot believe how many website there are to help people getting evicted for not paying rent, but not those of us getting screwed! Any advice?
