I think that a dodgy copper has given out my confidential information.....what do i do??

Do I go to the Police?? If so, how do I prove that this dodgy copper has given out my new and very secret address to someone I never wanted to see again. He's their mate and they turned up on my doorstep today!! Horrified but I'm sure that the dodgy copper has accessed my DVLA records and squealed. No-one else knew where I am and there's no other explanation that I can think of. Help
