Is the Civil War between the Libyan rebels going to hurt the Obama Administration?

Yes, especially since Obama still doesn't have Congress's support in this. The House has already ped Bills saying they disapprove of what Obama is doing, but don't want to undermine the military so they keep paying the bills that have already added up to over a billion dollars.
