His paw is BLACK and you still haven't done anything?! It sounds like he has bumble foot, it's when bacteria is allowed to get into cuts and it creates an infection. It's very painful and treatment in general is difficult, the fact that you let it progress to the point it's black...your guinea pig is a walking ghost.
