What would create jobs,reduce the deficit,lower gas prices,ween us off foreign oil all in one shot?

Answer-Expand drilling in America greatly....This is the only answer....Bring in multiple oil companies and give equal shares of profits but tax it HUGE with a predetermined understanding that with the new expansion would come these new taxes going directly to the deficit.Leave the old taxes the same on old drilling but add this new tax just for the new drilling.Since it would be all new territory and new money anyway there would be no fussing about the tax.The profits would be big enough to bring many companies on board even with the taxation.This would solve all America's problems as it relates to the above mentioned problems. Agree or disagree....also your ideas on a different solution or ideas on tweaking this idea for better solutions are welcome.Thank you.
