Does this sound like Shingles?

I got a cold-sore on the rightside of my lip on Sunday. Yesterday the right side of my nose and right cheekbone started to itch and tingle and it still is continuing. My eye feels weird too. I'm starting to get a headache too...like a migraine's aura. I did have chickenpox when I was a small child so I know it's possible. Do you think the cold sore started it? They are both virus'. Does this sound like shingles to you? Should I call the doc or am I overreacting?
