Should I be worried about carbon monoxide?

I was doing my laundry and I didnt shut my dryer door all the way it clicked by I guess there was a lil piece of clothing sicking out that made it stay open a little bit. I didnt find out untill my carbon monoxide detecor went off. it was maybe 15-20 minutes shoud I worried about carbon monoxide?
