How can Israel STILL want to discuss peace when they continue to build settlements in Palestinian territory?

Israel does not want peace, Israel wants land. The more she steals now the less she will have to give up when the world has had enough of her. Peace talks buy time for more theft. A bad experiment gone horribly wrong, it's time to end Israel.
