Does this sound like ovarian cancer?

My Mom had a hysterectomy about 10 yrs ago and they left her ovaries. She has had spotting for the last 3 days but didn't tell me about it until today. She isn't ually active. She also has pain in her lower abdomen, has been diagnosed with IBS, has nausea often, and has a hard, bloated stomach. Always has diarrhea, and general discomfort. She's overweight and 49.
