My friend is almost 33 weeks pregnant i need some advice on her behalf?

she has had a headache since sat which does not go after taking painkillers it just fades. she is getting bad pans in her ribs, her face has swollen, she has nausea, she only told me today she looked really pooh basically so i told her we will go the walk in centre to get them to check her blood pressure and dip her urine to see whether she could possibly be suffering from pre-eclampsia, her blood pressure was 170/76 and there was protein in her urine but the nurse has told her its all fine its down to her migraines i dont think it is i am worried she may be suffering from pre-eclampsia does anyone has any advice regarding this. she is not due to see her midwife till next week and wont go the hospital any advice would be really appreciated thanks x
