Query regarding Income Tax.?

Hi, I'm a Graduate Student. I've been trading in Stock market for the past four months. I also have agricultural income . My earnings have exceeded the Threshold exemption limit. So I would like to file Income tax returns in the coming Financial year. Kindly, let me which ITR form should be used for the same and do I have to submit any supporting doents if I show agricultural income?
