Was a bouncer within his rights to do this?

a privately owned establishment has the right to serve--or in this case accept or deny entrance--to anyone they wish. the bouncer obvioulsy required an ID check for one person because she didnt look of age and not the other one because he did look of age.. thats his choice. and his right. you have really no grounds to complain
