What to feed a Bearded Dragon?

My bearded dragon is now 11 and a half inches, what shoul i feed him at this point of his life i feed him or her like 10 crickets a day with acouple meal worms and wax worms but sometimes i feed blue berries. what do i feed him or her nowwwww??????? by the way i have a 20 gall tankto big or to small??????
