Which makeup should I use?

I have extremely dry and EXTREMELY sensitive skin. Most of the time I don't even wear make up because it can make it worse, or just looks bad. I don't use anything with a fragrance, and everything I've tried claims to be moisturizing, but doesn't do to much for me. My skin care regimen is pretty , so that's not an answer i'm looking for, I'm just looking for opinions on what drugstore makeup products to try, preferably low in price.
